As a seller, you want to know who you will be dealing with and who will be marketing your property. During an introductory conversation, we discuss all the ins and outs of the sales process. We also visit your property, and based on that determine the best possible strategy and to make an estimation on your potential rental price. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Showcasing Your Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once you’re convinced that Finke Makelaars is the right party to take care of the sale of your home, we will arrange for professional photography, floor plans, compelling descriptions, and the listing of your property on the appropriate channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Searching the Perfect Match<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As soon as your home gets online \u2013 for example on Funda or Pararius \u2013 we won\u2019t just lean back and wait for the buyer to knock on our door. We will actively look for the right match for you and your property in stead. We will schedule various times for viewings in consultation with you. We will take the time for each potential buyer and be available for questions and discussions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Agreement and Transfer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When a potential buyer has placed an offer with acceptable conditions that you agree with, we will ensure that all agreements are documented in a preliminary purchase contract. Furthermore, the necessary documentation will be gathered and shared with the relevant notary. Throughout this process, we will remain accessible for any questions or considerations. Additionally, we will be present during the actual transfer. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
