We only charge our clients a commission when the mediation was successful. The commission rate is equal to one month’s rent (excluding 21% VAT).

As a rental specialist, Finke Makelaars is more than qualified to find a suitable home for you as a tenant in the Randstad and to take care of the mediation.

If you rent a home through a paid search*, you will get access to a large and reliable network of contacts, years of experience in the rental market and our full service approach throughout the process. We search for the most suitable homes for you, schedule the viewings and carry them out together with (or for) you. We advise you about the possibilities or restrictions, make a proposal on your behalf and mediate about the best possible rental terms and conditions. As soon as we have established a successful mediation for you, we’ll take care of the entire rental procedure up to and including the key handover. We assess if the agreement is valid, check the terms and conditions and organize all matters regarding the transfer. We make sure that these matters have been dealt with correctly, so that you as a tenant can enjoy your new home.

*Commission in case of a successful mediation is equal to one month’s rent, excluding 21% VAT.
