Finke Makelaars is responsible for collecting the rent, service costs, deposit and other fees. The obtained rent is transferred into your account monthly. Maintenance expenses incurred will be settled, as well as the permitted anual rent increase. These costs and increases are communicated to you through a monthly invoice.
In the event of a change in tenants, we will always do a thorough home inspection, so that any damage or flaws can be claimed directly from the departing tenant. Obviously, we will ensure that technical defects are rectified as soon as possible.
We prepare the rental agreement neatly and as soon as you agree with the terms and conditions, we’ll ensure that everything is arranged administratively down to the last detail. If there’s a change of tenants, we will provide an extensive inspection report and check the inventory list. Periodic rent increases are passed on in a timely manner and announced to the tenant.
A monthly management fee of 5 to 7% of the total rent is charged, with a minimum of €35 per month (excluding VAT). This percentage depends on the maintenance conditions, the location and the amount of properties.
