2. Showcasing Your Property
Once you’re convinced that Finke Makelaars is the right party to take care of the sale of your home, we will arrange for professional photography, floor plans, compelling descriptions, and the listing of your property on the appropriate channels.
3. Searching the Perfect Match
As soon as your home gets online – for example on Funda or Pararius – we won’t just lean back and wait for the buyer to knock on our door. We will actively look for the right match for you and your property in stead. We will schedule various times for viewings in consultation with you. We will take the time for each potential buyer and be available for questions and discussions.
4. Agreement and Transfer
When a potential buyer has placed an offer with acceptable conditions that you agree with, we will ensure that all agreements are documented in a preliminary purchase contract. Furthermore, the necessary documentation will be gathered and shared with the relevant notary. Throughout this process, we will remain accessible for any questions or considerations. Additionally, we will be present during the actual transfer.
